No. Phantomy AI works with the camera already built into your laptop, or with your phone camera. There is no clicker, no dongle and no remote to buy or charge.
Which apps does it work with?
Phantomy AI sends the same commands your keyboard and trackpad send, so it works with PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, PDFs and browsers out of the box. Zooming and dragging are tuned for canvas tools such as Figma and Miro.
Will it fire while I am talking with my hands?
No. Control stays off until you turn it on with your chosen activation gesture, and one gesture switches it straight back off. You decide which gestures those are.
Does anything get sent to Phantomy AI?
No, not automatically. The app runs entirely on your machine and your camera feed never leaves it. We never receive images, video or anything your camera sees. The only exception is if you personally choose to send us a log file when reporting a bug, and those contain technical error messages, never camera footage. If you want to check for yourself: turn off your wifi, and the app keeps working.
How quickly do I get my license key, and which computers work?
Instantly. The key arrives by email as soon as your payment goes through, so you can install and present the same day. Phantomy AI runs on Windows and on Mac with Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3 and M4). You don't need an account — the license key is all you need.
